enlisting soon!

OKAY 21st had passed and posting results says I'm going ocs! I'm still a little stunned, because I've never expected my performance in bmt to be that good, or rather I think it must be sit test LOL. Hell's gonna start soon in around 20 hours so I'm not sure if it's a good thing afterall. I hoped for driver or clerk or something! Something slack and easy and injury free, yet mentally demanding and torturous, so NOBODY should say drivers and clerks are slackers! But since now I'm neither, I shall give permissions to you all to say yea they are slackers. :P

BRINGING IN ALL SAF ISSUED ITEMS OMG OMG. ITS DARN HEAVY MAN. PLUS THE DAMN DUFFEL BAG IS FREAKING BULKY. Sigh life sucks. Anyway, congrats to all who got into command school! YAY just hope you all would survive this torturous period and yea the endless field camps and stuff. yep all the best.

BYEBYE TO THOSE WHO ARE LEAVING THIS COUNTRY AS WELL.

one-of-the-times in the kitchen!

Went back to school today to collect sgc! Darn so short la but aiya nvm it's just my luck to have a good gp tutor who probably thinks I spam and show off too much so decided to cancel everything away anyway. oh well that really sucks and I thought I would have a lousy day but oh no no! Went to buy more ingredients after that at ntuc and went for umm.. making food! I can't really say baking because it isn't really considering baking, neither is it really cooking as well, so making food it shall be! :P So yep melted the chocolate and MUAHAHAHA they taste darn good. poured over the stuff and mixed! It's quite fun to do that in a BIG BIG white bowl because it just gives you the feeling that there's actually quite alot in it! (in actual fact there isn't alot in a bowl.) Then we simply pour (or rather scooped) little amounts into each paper cup thing and there you go! Nice fooooooooooooooooood. Here's some nice pictures taken! Oh ya just a random side note, I think felicia chin with short hair looks weird. Okay la overall okay okay but still! eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

The starting of a great delicious choco dessert!

OHOH and this was SUPER NICE. Banana filled with choco chips! OHMYOHMY! :D :D :D

LOL yep this is the end product! aye why are those 2 so empty! Must be for.... :P

YEA NICE MAN I'M TELLING YOU. NICE.

OHOH this is the super BIG cup version that only we made for ourselves! MUAHAHAHA as you can see there are lots of almonds in mine! Wheeeee! I think e quantity inside its like 5 times more than e normal one? FATTENING. :P

Overall, I had a pretty good day! Hope the dance went perfectly fine as well! (:

march 18

No title today, nothing spectacular. Or rather not in the mood to blog about what happened today! I thought I just needed someone or now in this scenario something to let some of my thoughts out. So far, take it very straightforwardly, don't jump to conclusions. I feel damn messed up now. One thing at a time, it keeps piling up like how you pour water into a cup. (ah ha got this phrase from someone, my eng isn't that fantastic either) Those things don't really just centre around me, in fact they centre around other people and me, so I feel bad. I feel bad in the sense that because of these problems they might worry as well. I want to avoid them as much as possible, I want to leave it close my eyes and act like I didn't know anything, I want a break. But once again, I didn't, I can't and I won't. I decided it's just not the way to go by these problems and I don't think I ever will heck care them just like that. It's pretty annoying to be perfectly honest, then again, annoying in exchange for a better tomorrow. Why not? Sigh. Just sucks man. Feel so ARGH what on earth just happened! Like I've said I just needed to let it out a little. I didn't say I'll give up man.

It's hard to not give up and keep trying, but because to me you're that special, I tell myself hey why not, it's worth the effort.

pop lo!

Yay finally had our passing out parade! (just in case non army people don't know what does POP stand for) So now just waiting for posting to see which unit are we enlisting next. Hope I'll get sispec but yea anything la if I were to become a rifleman so be it.

I realised I didn't blog for quite some time so here's just something to refresh this dying blog! BMT had been fun, if you were to ask me what stupid things I've done there, I'll tell you like really alot alot alot of things, but I shall not reveal them here, mainly because they are categorised under 'stupid' for a reason. Also, met alot of weird yet funny people there. Overall not that bad la, most losers support liverpool while there were some smart and intelligent people supporting arsenal, so the soccer debate never really died down at any point of time during bmt. Man u and chelsea were out of the debate totally by the way. (nobody likes them anyway) Then people complain about the food there in the cookhouse. After several rounds of talks and speeches, I think the food in the cookhouse taste great! Oh oh not to forget, some of the more common stuff in bmt like standard obstacle course (SOC) and individual speed training (IST) and AGR which I've no idea what it stands for but it just equates to RUN, and RUN. I think they had been rather beneficial to me. Take for example my 2.4 timing was actually worse in the 2nd nafa as compared to my 1st nafa and magically improved by around a minute in the last nafa. Such training really makes you wonder whether your nafa results is just pure luck or what. Of course up till now, the effect of ist is still unknown while soc did nothing to help but to make me think I suck at low rope. But really, fellow pre-enlistees, your platoon mates are the only ones that would make your bmt interesting. If you screw it up, you can probably tell yourself good luck.

That day after pop, I went back in for re-route march, 24km. It wasn't that torturous as I thought it would be, I thought the 24 km would really be a long one and I can't hold it for long but no it's actually similar to like 16km or something! Also, since we did our route march as a school in a platoon, we mixed around with dragon and other company people so it wasn't that bored really and oh oh that day there were people enlisting so the officer reminded us that and if we were to march faster back to the school, we could actually see the enlistees! And their sisters! So in the end we sort of did a fast march back to ladang campus and manage to see some sisters there and yea, did helped to motivate us abit. I swear I didn't look at the sisters much because they were quite far away. I was concentrating on booking out after that so yea that's my motivation! :P

Then here comes the relatively long break, about a week before getting enlisted to another unit and that's when hell starts so, you can classify bmt as just a warm up period. I hope I would be free from all injuries! I hate the feeling of injuring yourself man. The feeling of just sitting there not able and not allowed to do anything while watching the rest of the platoon having fun crawling around on the grass and firing blanks, or running around the track like a dog but in the end we know it's GOOD for us yea. Oh no 21st please don't ever come, EVER.

OHOH SOMEONE IS HAVING LUNCH IN ATHENS (A ROCKY PLACE) NOW! JEALOUS! LOL.
